The Steadfast in Spirit program offers a safe practice space that combines movement, breathing, and touch, which allow for relaxation of the nervous system, emotional regulation, and strengthening of a sense of control - essential tools in dealing with difficulties following exposure to trauma or ongoing stress.

The Steadfast in Spirit program strengthens the ability to maintain focus and composure in stressful moments. Through a combination of mindfulness, physical exercise, and regulation techniques, you can function optimally while maintaining internal balance.

Caregivers, police officers, military personnel, medical and emergency teams are exposed to daily emotional stress. The Steadfast in Spirit program provides practical tools for maintaining personal resilience, protecting against burnout, optimizing performance, and strengthening internal focus.

Certified Facilitator Training Course
Unique training to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical tools for body-based work with populations experiencing stress, trauma symptoms, or burnout, which includes theoretical and experiential learning of the model.
