By participating in the Steadfast in Spirit program, you will be able to experience deep liberation through the body, connect to mechanisms of regulation, synchronization, and relaxation, and make room for what is going through you.
What is this about?
Steadfast in Spirit is a unique practice program based on the principles of martial arts, using the body, movement, breathing, and a dynamic group - in order to maintain mental resilience and deal with challenging and stressful situations.
In the sessions, you will practice simple but effective tools: regulated movement, breathing, safe touch, mindfulness practice – which lead to true relaxation of the nervous system and strengthening the sense of control.
Slowly, the body will learn and you will be able to generalize what you have learned to many aspects of your daily life and professional functioning.
What does the program include?
- 12 guided group practice sessions – with certified instructors and a safe space
- Physical work adapted to the load and wear and tear – without the need for physical fitness or prior familiarity with martial arts
- Breathing and relaxation techniques – practical tools for everyday life and at work
- A unique model built and tailored specifically for professionals dealing with stressful and overloaded conditions.
