Aikido for liberated warriors

The "Aikido for Veterans" project is designed to provide discharged combatants dealing with post-trauma with a practical tool for healing, rehabilitation, and mental strengthening.

Through studying and practicing the art of Aikido – "The Way of Harmony" – participants are exposed to a unique method that combines body and mind, movement and breath, and allows for processing difficult experiences from a safe, non-aggressive, and embracing place.

From the physical front to the mental front: The story of the elite warriors

TBI and PTSD have caused an epidemic of suicide and depression among special forces fighters – including the Sea Lions, Delta, Green Berets, Air Force Rescue Fighters, and Marines.

After 20 years of fighting, veterans of the units united to find a solution – a combination of guided psychedelic therapy and meditation brings extraordinary results that undermine the conventions in the healthcare system.

Thanks to organizations like VETS and Veterans PATH, they experience inner peace – and are now working to spread the way.
