Program for:
Military personnel, veterans and their spouses
Is this right for me?
Military personnel, combat teams, reservists, and their spouses sometimes operate for long periods of time in situations of extreme mental and physical strain.
Accumulation of stress, overreactivity, lack of concentration, or restlessness can affect your daily functioning and, in the process, wear you down from the inside.
Eitan in the Spirit offers an advanced practice path that strengthens exactly what is needed: self-control, presence, inner peace, and strength that comes from within.
What is this about?
The program is based on neurophysiological principles, advanced techniques from the world of martial arts, mindfulness in movement, and practical tools for emotional regulation.
During the sessions, you will practice practically – in your body: the ability to stay in stressful situations without breaking down; to return to breathing even under stress; to focus and bring yourself together – exactly when it is needed.
What does the program include?
- 12 group practice sessions guided by a facilitator with extensive experience in the field
- Movement and touch to build nervous regulation and balance
- Stress management techniques and focus under load
- Implementing neural habits for optimal functioning
- Integrative approach: body, mindfulness, attention and performance
What will you gain from the program?
- Higher focus, even in changing and dynamic conditions
- Improving the ability to flexibly move from states of arousal to relaxation
- Strengthening a sense of control, presence, and precision
- Reducing burnout and improving the ability to recover
- Mental and physical resilience
Because true power starts from within – focus, presence, and optimal management of resources.
The Eitan Ba Ruach program is designed to enable you to function better, both in the field and in everyday life – with balance, presence, and internal control.
